Ayuda en construcción de PC para juegos

Hello, Im From Perú, so my builds are so limited and my budget too.

My aim is to play DotA2, hopping to play it with max settings. I dont really want to spend more than enought to accomplish that aim. (Play DotA2 with max settings.)

I was thinking on this; let me know what you think:

What do you think about it to run DotA2 on max settings? I dont really gonna play another game either than DotA. And i will probably use this PC for just two years. (Since is the time that i expect that i've to keep playing video games ^^)

Im not a fan of new games, i just played sc-bw, cs1.6, w3 and dota. Now that DotA2 has come out, i want to play it. So as my PC is already old, i hope to buy a new one specifict for this game (DotA2).
