Ayuda!!!! con mp4 hitech

Hola comunistas xD necesito una ayuda ya que tengo un mp4 hitech con pantalla de 1.1' mi problema es que este mp4 reproduce videos MTV pero mi prblema es cuando le pongo el driver viene un programa para convertir videos a mtv llamado MVT video converter pero mi problema es cuando le pongo el video al mp4 aparece con letra negra SOBREPASO DE pero me eh dado cuenta que en el manual dice MTV video converter V2.4 mientras que en el driver me dice que es la V2.9 podra ser ello que hace que mi mp4 no reprodusca videos?:roll:

olvide decir que el mp4 lo compre de segunda y podria ser que el cd no sea el original aunque el manual si lo es por que aparece el modelo del mp4
