esto significa que para el evento tienes que tener 17 años
pero en el qualy o pre-qualy puedes tener 16
Solo en la CPl ahi mismo debes tener 17 eso dice http://www.thecpl.com/winter/csrules.html mas no en el qualy o pre-qualy eso es lo que hace entener la misma CPL
