Id agree w/ english being mandatory, that'll filter a LOT of ppl who has 0 international experience. They should get used to, if they want to play competitve that is.

Another thing I'd suggest is you be more selective when vouching. Last request I saw on the forum had a replay of a 80apm player.. I think you support him just because hes known on the public-game scene @peru room, thats what Satisfaction comment me. Plus, most of ppl lie a lot when ask if they've played in other leagues. They say they've played at Mym prides, Ihcs.. but thats not true.

Well sometimes I don't even reach 80 APM. I think that isn't important when u're playing with only one unit, and it has sometimes just 1 active skill... so... dunno, don't worry i'll be selective enough for this... its just an intermediate league and in my plan ppl in this league will learn from the others experience...
