Official Service News


The Official MapleGlobal service will finally debut with a special "Preview Session" on May 11th at 1AM GMT (9PM Eastern Standard Time). During this period, only our current beta users of MapleGlobal West will be able to sign-up and participate in various events. MapleGlobal.com will now serve as the homepage of the new service. The beta service will not close but will be moved to beta.mapleglobal.com.

Things to note about the New Official Service:
1. You must create a NEW account. Old accounts will only be accessible on beta.mapleglobal.com.
2. The "preview session" sign-ups will be opened only to users that have beta test accounts AND have not been blocked for misconduct such as hacking or botting.
3. To thank our beta testers for their patience and support, we will be raising experience and drop rates during the preview session to help you get back on track. Also, during the preview session, users will be given a limited edition beta tester item at Lith Harbor by our NPC, Nemi.
4. Strict abuse policy - All hackers will be given permanent suspensions. All botters during the "preview session" will also get permanent bans.
5. For account security, all accounts must be verified with an emailed verification code post sign-up and after any account edits. Users cannot enter the game world without verifying their accounts.
6. Ossyria will be open!!! :D
7. The Cash Shop is not ready but we are preparing for launch later this summer.

It is important to note that the beta client and official client are two separate files. For those beta testers who still want to play in the beta server, don't worry as it will not be deleted. The beta will remain our test client. However, the beta will not have Ossyria for some time. In the future, the beta will get most updates and patches prior to the official service. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer the current accounts to the official service for multiple reasons and we hope our users will understand. (NOTE: The official client will write over your beta client. To re-install the beta, you must download the zip file on the beta site and install into a different folder than the official client).

For those users who are waiting to enter MapleStory for the first time, thank you so much for your continued patience, interest and support. We are very excited to bring you MapleStory and hope to have you join us very soon during open registrations of MapleGlobal in the month of May. stay tuned for an official launch date!


UPDATE ON OFFICIAL LAUNCH

Firstly, thank you for all the support you have shown us. We know there are some burning questions regarding the official launch. Hopefully, the following will address some concerns.

1. Please do not download the client until we announce the launch. The official client has not been uploaded yet. Once you download the MapleStory client and install it, your previous beta version will be wiped. You must redownload the beta on beta.mapleglobal.com in zip form and install it into a different folder to maintain two clients.

2. The experience rates and drop rates have been increased for the preview session only. This is aimed at helping our beta testers get back on track before new users are accepted. We understand you have worked really hard to level up and we hope this can help you in the official service.

3. The limited release item is not lame =) It is not a stack of cakes. In fact, the item is something specially designed and has not been released in any other MapleStory service. We know starting over is discouraging but we hope you can accept this as a token of our appreciation for helping us finally release MapleStory.

4. First, please accept our apology for not transferring the accounts. We know many of you are wondering why we did not simply program a transfer. Although, it was always a possibility that accounts would be wiped, we were working for a smooth transfer. Believe us when we say we have put a tremendous amount of time in trying to do so. However, it was just not possible. Some of you have posted that we are foolish as we will be losing potential money in the future and you are right. So, please understand that we are at a loss in this situation as well. We hope you can understand we have put our best foot forward in trying to make a transfer happen but in the end, we found it was not possible. That being said the beta client is not closing and the official launch is happening. We are fully devoted to regaining your trust through better customer managment, support, and stricter policies and monitoring for misconduct.

5. Hackers will be permanently banned. Botters will be permanently banned if caught during the preview session. The policy is stricter and we will monitor more closely to ensure everyone has an enjoyable cheater-free playing experience.

6. MapleSea players... we have not forgotten about you. MapleSea and MapleGlobal are two entirely different services. We have selected Asiasoft, the BEST online game operator in Southeast Asia to provide MapleStory for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. We found that through a local partner, we can better serve local markets. Please be patient with Asiasoft as we prepare them to bring you a great gaming experience. That being said, please recognize that these are two different services and that clients, schedules, and events will be different. However, we are certain Asiasoft can better cater to your gaming needs as they can give SEA players more focused and tailored attention. Stay tuned on www.MapleSea.com for future updates and you will see that SEA players are in the best of hands.

7. You do not have to be level 70 to go to Ossyria. In fact, Ossyria can be entered starting level 10. However, we suggest a level of 35 before venturing to Ossyria as the monsters there are very powerful.

Again, we thank for your continued interest and support. We could not have made it this far without you. Wizet is devoted in doing the best for our community and we will prove this to you in the coming months with better service, more events, and more servers. Please join us in the official and set sail on a new adventure to Ossyria.

For those of you who did not participate in the beta, sign-ups will be up again soon in the coming weeks. Please be a little more patient with us as we reward our beta testers for their hard work.

Lo mas importante es establizar tu daño por eso sube hasta 19 si no me webeo tu mastery ... luego YO subiria Final atack ... si quieres subes otra cosa pero lo mas importantes es el mastery
