Can we have a rant thread, I dunno, like once a week? Where everyone just gets something off their chest. I need to vent. : DotA2

I seriously don't understand what is wrong with the Peruvian Dota community. They come into USE/USW because the SA server is essentially the Brazil-only server. But let's say a Peruvian goes into a game determined to play Pudge. That's fine - some of us feel determined to play a certain hero sometimes.
But the difference between this guy and most of the English speakers who do this is that the English speakers try to communicate it. "Hey guys I'm going to play Pudge this game." Like, its not that most Peruvians can't communicate it, they don't try. Spanish is my first language, English my second, and I live in the USA. I often try to be a translator when I get a mix of nationalities. The problem is that they won't even talk to me in Spanish. And maybe some of them are muted, who knows, but I really doubt the vast majority of Peruvians I've played with are muted.
So then what happens because nobody knew that Pudge would get picked, they last-pick the Pudge they wanted but their team didn't get to pick with that in mind.
Seriously, Peruvians aren't even bad at Dota. I recently won a game where our Chen and Shadow Shaman left ten minutes in, 3v5, as Luna alongside two Peruvians: Ancient Apparition and Visage. Both of them did great and we communicated in Spanish and were able to win through sheer destructive teamfight power. If all Peruvians could just try to communicate that'd be great.
