Necesito ayuda

Hola ante todo quiero saludar a todos :D

Se que ya hay un thread sobre este tema pero no es suficiente ayuda , quisiera saber que puedo hacer cuando me aparece este error a la hora que ingreso al wc

¿Tienes instalados los drivers de tu dispositivo de video? ¿Tu dispositivo de video soporta Direct3D? Para saber esto puedes acceder a la Herramienta de diagnostico de DirectX (Ejecutar: dxdiag). También podrías incluir las specs de tu PC.

PD: Esto debería ir en Ayuda Técnica, ademas el título del thread no se ve nada explicativo, te sugiero que leas: Reglas de Ayuda Tecnica

esas son las specs pero .. el direct3d parece que no lo soporta , no tengo tarjeta de video es la integrada ala pc

Aún así, si el dispositivo de video es integrado o no, éste necesita de todas formas su driver para aprovechar todas las capacidades del mismo. Según el reporte que posteaste, figura que no tienes el driver de video instalado, por ende no se puede soportar Direct3D ni DirectDraw, lo cual es la razón de tu problema con WarCraft. Tu solución sería instalar el driver de video de tu PC que según el reporte es una Compaq Presario SG3315LA.
