No se conectan a mi server

Hola bueno estado levantando mi server ero no puedo hacer q se conecten a el...
me sale esto en la consola :

por curiosidad tienes abierto los puertos de tu servidor en el router en caso q sea online?

verifica eso y me avisas para ayudarte ;)
