holas! che tengo unas dudas

1ro mi monitor soporta a 120hz en 640x480 y 800x600 pero cuando entro al cs me aparece en 60hz en cualquier resolucion q ponga

2do eh visto en algunas demos en youtube y se ve mas como mas amarilla la pantalla asi como con mas contraste pero no veo una opcion q diga cambiar el contraste por ej en la pag de mibr hay un video y muestra en inferno como se ve mas rara, si alguno sabe q me diga.
