In a very surprising move, NoA has decided to remove Jonas "BSL" Vikan from their roster. BSL had been a strong performer for the team and one of the founding members. The reasons for this are unclear at the time, especially after NoA’s dominating performance at their first CPL event and defeating Adren[GX] at the Cyber X Games. NoA|Siege has given Gotfrag the inside scoop, although many questions are still left unanswered.
Graham: Siege, would you please give us the lowdown on exactly what has transpired within NoA?
NoA|Siege: It is with much consideration, that on behalf of the rest of NoA, I officially announce the release of one of our founding members; Jonas "BSL" Vikan.
Graham: What were the immediate events leading up to releasing BSL?
NoA|Siege: After contemplating for a while, the team felt it was necessary for the progression of NoA. An interview with knoxville will be up later tonight on our site (www.teamnoa.net).
Graham: Is there any information you have on possible replacements for BSL at this time?
NoA|Siege: At this time? No, soon though.
Graham: I am assuming that BSL is fully aware of this at this time?
NoA|Siege: Yes, he will release a personal statement on our site.
Graham: At this time, does NoA still plan to attend the major upcoming tournaments?
NoA|Siege: Yes, we're getting everything prepared as we speak.
Hopefully the NoA website will clear up some more of these details, especially who will be stepping in to replace him. Will it be another North American player or will the clan keep its majority in Europe? With such a successful showing at the CPL it also begs the question how “the team felt it was necessary for the progression of NoA” to cut BSL from the roster. In any case, Siege seemed confident that NoA will be playing at the top of their game. It will certainly be an interesting Summer CPL
