April 09, 2005 - MIBR Purchases elemeNt's Player Contract
Made in Brazil, better known as MIBR, has agreed to purchase the remainder of Ola "elemeNt" Moum's Player Contract from Team NoA. This move has had no impact on elemeNt's personal relationships with Team NoA, and everyone involved remains close friends. Team Manager Gary "Siege" Sanchez had this to say about the trade:
"We've recently returned from living in Seoul, Korea and visiting Beijing, China after about 2 months - this was the appropriate time to evaluate matters before we head off again to compete in WEG Season 2 (pending the official date announcement). The terms of the trade are confidential between the involved parties, but I'm proud to say that I feel this transaction went as good as it gets - everyone involved is on good terms."
Siege also mentioned that "elemeNt is a close friend and I feel that this transition is for the greater good; I wish him the best in all he pursues."
Christer "Fisker" Eriksson, formerly of SK and NiP, has joined Team NoA in time for WEG Season 2 in Seoul, Korea. Fisker left SK to help with the recreation of the legendary team Ninjas in Pyjamas, but things didn't work out as planned. Fisker and Gary "Siege" Sanchez arranged for him to get back into the game as the newest member of Team NoA. Siege had this to say about the pickup:
"Of course, Fisker is a seasoned and very experienced top-tier competitor; his accomplishments are numerous. We noticed he wasn't in NiP's active lineup when they pulled out of ECG 2005 because of Hyper getting ill on location. It was quite shocking to see that he wasn't, we talked and things just rapidly built up from there."
NoA's roster for WEG Season 2 will be as follows: Shaguar, Method, Naikon, XeqtR, Fisker.
