Que opinan de crear un Servidor de Half Life???
Hola amigos, navegando por esta parte del foro encontre que hay muchos nostalgicos del Half Life, ya que todos, o al menos la mayoria, lo hemos jugado alguna vez. Aparte creo que creo que todos empezamos jugando HL antes de descubrir, el hoy tan popular, Counter Strike. Quien no se ha metido un Crossfire alguna ves en su vida. Asi que que pense que tal vez se podria crear un server On Line para todos los que quisieran jugar aun HL sin tener que preocuparse del ping elevado. No se, lo dejo como sugerencia, yo una ves configure un server de Half Life hace un tiempo a manera de prueba y logre jugar con un amigo por internet con un ping bajo. Pero no se si habra gente como para montarlo y ponerlo a dispocicion de todos. Nose, ustedes que opinan.

Muy interesante, pero que version es esta? es Half Life 2? Si es asi creo que estamos hablando de dos cosas diferentes yo me referia a la version 1.1.1.0 la que tiene el clasico CROSSFIRE, me referia a un servidor de esa version, pero como te decia es solo una sugerencia. Habra que esperar unos dias a ver si aun hay gente interesada en el jugar un Crossfire o definitivamente ya quedo como un clasico, en el ayer.

Ha chevere, francamente no sabia que existiera ya un server de Half Life ya que hace un tiempo que fuera del mundo de los juegos, pero el pequeño inconveniente es que hay que afiliarse pagando a telefonica S/. 10 mensuales, no se si la mayoria de cabinas estara afiliada a este servicio "exclusivo" como ellos dicen. Como no estoy afiliado no puedo entrar asi que quisiera que me cuentes si hay gente en los servers? cuanta gente y que dias? y si aun la gente disfruta jugando este clasico que persoonalmente me encantaba.
P.D: Si tu respuesta es alentadora tal vez piense en afiliarme, aunque a 10 lukas adicionales al mes (que a casi nadie le sobran) se podria habilitar un server gratuito, aunque por el momento creo que solo tu y yo lo jugariamos. jejejejeje...:lol:

A proposito en el link que dejaste vi unos pantallaso de la version Half Life que se supone tiene el servidor de terra, si no me equivoco es la version que viene cuando instalas el Counter strike 1.6. Bien la pregunta es: ¿Como hago para jugar con esta version si no me trae mapas ni nada?¿que version es?¿de donde la bajo completa?

Terra está usando la versión 1.6 (la última) que es aquella versión que se compra a través de Steam por $9.95

Jajaja, claro que no me referia a habilitar un server con 10 mangos man, solo que no creo que los viejos esten dispuestos a pagar 10 lukas + a telefonica para que su engreido juegue half Life via terra :roll:.
Alguien ha probado ese server argentino, recien lo vi, habra que ver que tal es.

si hay gente que paga por jugar en los servers de terra del cs porq no podrian entrar al half life, la cosa es q empiesen como hicieron con los servers de cs que alla un numero de slot y los ultimos slots tenga reservacion a los de pago =) mi opinion ;)

Acabo de probar la version Steam de Half Life y la veo exactamente igual que la version HL 1.1.1.0 sobre la que corria el CS 1.5, solo ha variado la pantalla inicial??? Crei que habria algunas mejoras como en el caso de CS1.6 y CS 1.5 pero parece que no.

Por un lado, el launcher tiene versión 1.1.1.1 desde hace años y siempre se mantiene igual.

Yo opino lo mismo o por lo menos q nos den esas primeras slots a los q tenemos speedy 400 a más =)
