Lucky Kill Draw Event

If a party member kills an opposite nation user, each party member will roll a dice individually.
This event is stand-alone event, and not related to Kill Gift Reward & Collection Race event!
It presents a good opportunity to obtain additional end-game items (Krowaz/Undef) through PKing.

Drop per Kill RNG chance per user in Party or SOLO is currently setup like this:
1=10%
2=10%
3=9%
4=8%
5=6,5%
6=6%
7=5,5%
8=5%
(the % may change in the future once we make further tests to the event)

SOLO Lucky Kill Draw Event is activated in zones: CZ, Holy Land, Last Nation Standing & Boss War
PARTY Lucky Kill Draw Event is activated in all PK zones, where national points are rewarded for kills.
