Introducing new event, capture the CZ castle monument



- Nation to win the event has to capture the monument 3 times. There can be 5 spawns at max if there's a tie.
- The winning nation receives bosses that are spawned around the bowl after 30 seconds the winner nation has been announced
- The bosses can be killed only by the winning nation, the defeated nation can not attack the bosses. Bosses are solo friendly, so solo players can defeat them also.
- The winning nation also receives random fixed rewards if they are in CZ and they have sufficient NPs and CZ points required to receive the random reward.
