Alguien que me pueda ayudar, tengo instalado XAMPP que contiene el servidor de correos Mercury, estaba corriendo bien ´pero desde hace un mes ha presentado tres veces la falla, la cual arroja:

Status change detected: stopped
Error: Mercury shutdown unexpectedlly.
This may be due a blocked port, missing dependencies, impoper privileges, a cash, or a shutdown by another method.
Press the logs nutton to view error logs and check the Window Event Viewer for more clues
